Josh Dinar is the co-founder and publisher of DiningOut Magazine, a successful publication that has been showcasing the restaurant culture in Denver and Boulder since 1998. DiningOut began in Colorado and has since then published in 20 major markets around North America. The experience has brought a deep understanding of the restaurant business and forged meaningful relationships with some of the most successful personalities in the industry. Josh has consulted on and has ownership stakes in several of the most popular and successful eateries in the area. He is a founding partner of both T/ACO, one of local Boulder’s favorite joints and River and Woods, recently voted “Best New Eatery” by Boulder Daily Camera readers, among many other accolades. He also has ownership stakes in Zeal-Food for Enthusiasts and The Rayback Collective and has been a partner in Denver’s H|Burger and Jet Hotel, both of which have since been sold. He is further tied into the food community as a founder of Boulder’s decade-old restaurant week event, First Bite Boulder and is a partner in the Conscious Cleanse and a co-author of that company’s best-selling book. Josh is also heavily involved as a volunteer in the community, sitting on several non-profit boards, including the Rose Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees and serving as vice president of the Boulder JCC.
